Non-Returnable Items
All sale, discounted, coupon-purchased, and gift voucher items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
Size Exchanges
Size exchanges are permitted within the stipulated conditions. To initiate an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 6006702654 or email us at care@tshay.in.
Exchanges are allowed up to two times per order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us immediately via email at care@tshay.in.
Made to Order Items
Items marked as Made to Order are not eligible for returns.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to insufficient stock or quality issues. In such cases, you will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Important Return Conditions
All items must have the original tags and be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any smell (e.g., perfume, deodorant, detergent).
Items should be free of make-up or tan marks.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail for returns, as we do not offer reverse pickup.
Ensure the product is in its original packaging and includes your name, address, contact details, email, and order ID with the parcel, along with the desired size.
Exchanges & Refunds
Exchange Eligibility: Exchanges are permissible only once per order. Products once sold cannot be returned.
Credit Note for Unavailable Size: If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued and emailed to you, valid for 90 days from receipt. The entire credit amount must be used in a single transaction.
Partial Order Exchanges: Partial orders can be exchanged within 24 hours of delivery, subject to eligibility. Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Fit Issues: If a product does not fit, request a size exchange within 24 hours of receipt. Our team will assist based on availability. If your requested size is unavailable, a credit note will be offered.
Non-Acceptance of Exchange
Exchanges are not accepted if the customer dislikes the material or color, despite clear product descriptions and images. Please review product details or contact us for more information before ordering.
Variations in color due to screen resolution and lighting (10-12% difference) do not qualify for exchange or return.
Products that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged or returned.
This return policy is effective immediately upon purchase and applies to all transactions made through Tshay.
